How to cancel
Perplexity Enterprise (web, organization admins and billing admins only)
- Sign in at perplexity.ai as an admin or billing admin.
- Go to your "Organization" settings, then "Billing".
- Select "Manage billing" and cancel the Enterprise subscription there.
Cancelling forfeits unused bonus Computer Credits and ends access to the Amex Skills collection.
