How to cancel
Web (chatgpt.com)
- Sign in to chatgpt.com in a browser.
- Click your name or profile picture, then open Settings and then Account.
- Cancel the subscription and confirm.
ChatGPT mobile app
If you redeemed the code in the ChatGPT app, BBVA's page says you can also cancel from the app's account settings.
Cancelling during the 3 free months ends the promotion. The same code can't be reused, and resubscribing doesn't bring back the promo price.
