How to cancel Perplexity Pro via Bell before it bills you

The offer has ended for new claims, but people who claimed it are still being billed on this schedule.
Bell took its Perplexity Pro pages down between Oct 12 and Oct 20, 2026 and gives no last day to claim. For people who claimed it, Bell's terms said you get a reminder before the trial ends, then the card on file is charged (up to CA$30/month or CA$300/year) unless you cancel in Perplexity's account settings. Leaving Bell ends eligibility.

How to cancel
Web (perplexity.ai)
- Sign in with the email you used to redeem the code, then go to Settings and scroll to "Subscription" under Perplexity Pro.
- Click "Manage Subscription".
- On the current plan page, choose "Cancel subscription".
- Open "Manage Subscription" again to check the plan now shows as cancelled.
iPhone / iPad (App Store)
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap "Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
- Choose "Cancel subscription".
Android (Google Play)
- Open Google Play and tap the settings icon (top right).
- Tap "Payments & Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
- Choose "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the screen.
Carrier and partner codes are redeemed on the web, so the web steps usually apply. Deleting your Perplexity account does not cancel the subscription. Bell: "To cancel your subscription or update your payment method, please visit your Perplexity account settings."
