Yes, unless you cancel. The subscription renews as a paid plan 1 month after the day you claimed it, at $199.99/year in the US.
Microsoft's trial help page: "If you don't see a Cancel link, and you see Paid with and None, your trial will end on the Expires on date." So a trial with no payment method on file ends instead of renewing.

How to cancel
Web (Microsoft account)
- Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account used for the trial.
- Under your Microsoft 365 subscription, look for a Cancel link or the Expires on date.
- Select Cancel and follow the prompts (or select Manage > Turn off recurring billing > I don't want my subscription).
- If you see Turn on recurring billing (or Paid with: None) instead, billing is already off; the trial ends on the Expires on date and you won't be charged.
iPhone / iPad / Mac (App Store)
- Microsoft can't cancel App Store purchases; cancel in your Apple subscription settings or contact Apple support.
Android (Google Play)
- Microsoft can't cancel Google Play purchases; cancel in Google Play subscriptions or contact Google Play support.
Refunds and what you keep
Microsoft: "You can cancel your Microsoft 365 trial within 30 days of signing up, and you won't be charged." After the trial, "Office will run in View Only mode" (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-your-free-trial-of-microsoft-365). If already charged: "you may receive a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or before your first recurring billing date"; for Premium in the US/UK, "To receive a prorated refund, cancel within 14 days of initial purchase."
