How to cancel

Web (Microsoft account)

  1. Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account that bought the subscription.
  2. Find your Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
  3. Select Turn off recurring billing (on some accounts the link is Cancel subscription or Upgrade or Cancel) and read the details.
  4. Select I don't want my subscription.
  5. If you see Turn on recurring billing instead, billing is already off and the plan ends on the date shown.

LinkedIn (only if your student offer added LinkedIn Premium)

  1. On desktop, click Me > Premium features > Manage subscription (under Plan Details).
  2. In LinkedIn Admin Center, click Purchases, select your Active subscription, click Cancel subscription under Actions, then Confirm cancel.
  3. On mobile: tap your profile photo > Premium features > Manage your subscription > Cancel subscription.

iPhone / iPad (App Store) or Android (Google Play)

  1. Microsoft can't cancel or refund store purchases; cancel in the store's subscription settings or contact Apple or Google Play support.
