Yes, unless you cancel. The subscription renews as a paid plan 12 months after the day you claimed it, at $14.99/month in the US.
It is a paid monthly subscription from day one and Mistral's refund policy refers to renewals, so it bills automatically. Mistral does not say whether, after the 12-month maximum, the plan renews at the full Pro price ($14.99) or stops.

How to cancel
Web
- Open Subscriptions in the Admin panel and select the
Subscriptiontab. - In the
Downgrade to Freesection, selectUnsubscribe. - Confirm. You get a confirmation email.
iPhone / iPad (App Store)
- In the app, tap the menu icon at the top left, then tap your Organization name at the bottom of the panel.
- Under Account, tap "Subscription", then "Manage subscription".
- In the App Store screen, tap "Cancel Subscription".
Android (Google Play)
- In the app, tap the menu icon at the top left, then tap your Organization name at the bottom of the panel.
- Under Account, tap "Subscription", then "Manage subscription".
- In Google Play, tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the screen.
Refunds and what you keep
"You can get a refund only if you cancel within the legal withdrawal window: 14 days from your initial purchase." After that, "Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then returns to Free mode." App Store and Google Play refunds go through Apple or Google.
