- Open the giga app and go to the mega menu.
- Select "Cancel line" and follow the steps. You get a confirmation email.
- Submit at least 3 working days before your next renewal cycle; the line stays active until the last day of the current cycle.
If you are moving your number to another telco, do not cancel; port out instead. Cancelling or moving to a standard plan ends gigaAI immediately.
