At the end

Unknown

The official terms don't say whether it renews as a paid plan. Treat it as if it might, and check before the end date.

Telkomsel's voucher terms say only "Customers are not charged for claiming/redeeming this service." and nothing about the end of the free period. Perplexity's partner-promotions help article says "A valid credit or debit card is required for all promotional and trial redemptions." and that, unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the standard rate. It is a general rule, not these offer terms.

How to cancel

Web (perplexity.ai)

  1. Sign in with the email you used to redeem the code, then go to Settings and scroll to "Subscription" under Perplexity Pro.
  2. Click "Manage Subscription".
  3. On the current plan page, choose "Cancel subscription".
  4. Open "Manage Subscription" again to check the plan now shows as cancelled.

iPhone / iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the App Store and tap your profile icon (top right).
  2. Tap "Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
  3. Choose "Cancel subscription".

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play and tap the settings icon (top right).
  2. Tap "Payments & Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
  3. Choose "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the screen.

Carrier and partner codes are redeemed on the web, so the web steps usually apply. Deleting your Perplexity account does not cancel the subscription.

Perplexity: "Your account will be reverted back to the free version after the end of the current billing cycle." (https://www.perplexity.ai/help-center/en/articles/10354283-canceling-a-subscription) Refunds (all other countries): monthly "You can request a refund up to 24 hours after the purchase date."; annual "You are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of the original purchase date and time." (https://www.perplexity.ai/help-center/en/articles/10354288-refunds).
