T-Mobile CZ said no payment details were needed ("není potřeba zadávat žádné platební údaje") and that "Po 12 měsících se členství automaticky ukončí" (the membership ends automatically after 12 months). Perplexity's partner-promotions help article (Sep 7, 2026) says "A valid credit or debit card is required for all promotional and trial redemptions." and that, unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription auto-renews at the standard rate. It is a general rule, not these offer terms. The offer was last shown on T-Mobile's Magenta Moments page on Dec 8, 2025 and was gone by Feb 17, 2026; T-Mobile gives no end date.

How to cancel

Web (perplexity.ai)

  1. Sign in with the email you used to redeem the code, then go to Settings and scroll to "Subscription" under Perplexity Pro.
  2. Click "Manage Subscription".
  3. On the current plan page, choose "Cancel subscription".
  4. Open "Manage Subscription" again to check the plan now shows as cancelled.

iPhone / iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the App Store and tap your profile icon (top right).
  2. Tap "Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
  3. Choose "Cancel subscription".

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open Google Play and tap the settings icon (top right).
  2. Tap "Payments & Subscriptions", then "Perplexity - Ask Anything".
  3. Choose "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the screen.

Carrier and partner codes are redeemed on the web, so the web steps usually apply. Deleting your Perplexity account does not cancel the subscription.
