How to cancel
ChatGPT Business (web, workspace owner)
- Sign in at chatgpt.com and switch to the Business workspace. Members can't see billing.
- Go to Workspace settings, then Billing, then Manage plan.
- Click Cancel and confirm.
The Amex credit itself needs no cancelling. The ChatGPT Business subscription keeps renewing on the card until it is cancelled with OpenAI.
