How to cancel
My Verizon (phone, 5G Home, LTE Home or Home Internet Lite)
- Sign in to My Verizon (app or verizon.com).
- Go to Products & plan perks.
- Select the Google AI Pro perk and remove/cancel it.
My Verizon (Fios Home Internet)
- Sign in to My Verizon.
- On your homepage, scroll down to view your perks.
- Select the Google AI Pro perk to manage it and cancel.
Only the Account Owner or an Account Manager can remove perks. Access ends the day you cancel.
